What happens next?
  • We’ll draft up your tenancy agreement and email it across for you to review and sign.
  • We’ll send details of how to pay your deposit. Once it’s paid, we’ll log it with the Deposit Protection Service.
  • We’ll perform some information checks and collect some key details about your guarantor if one is required.
